Limited Appointments

Limited appointments may be available to the residents and program clients at the following senior residential and community support facilities in SE Minnesota.  Residents and clients of these organizations should look for posted VITA sign up information at their facility sometime after January 19th.

Note:  Appointments at these facilities are not available to the general public, and cannot be scheduled online or by calling 2-1-1.

• Rochester: 

Central Towers; Fontaine Towers; High Pointe Sr. Community; Kenosha Dr. Apts; Northgate Plaza Apts; Park Towers; Shorewood Commons

Appointments  may also be available to residents and program clients at these locations (subject to volunteer availability): 

Common Bond; Jeremiah Program; Pamoja Women

• Hayfield:        Midtown Manor

• Kasson:              Kasson Senior Housing (400 Building);  Sunwood Manor

• Lanesboro:  Sylvan Manor

• Plainview:     Plainview Senior Housing
